A normal day of calls for a roofing company

Homeowners with a leak or storm damage usually call the next roofer on the list if nobody answers. Switch to see the same day with Roofbell.

  1. Hail overnight

    Voicemail

Office closed. The homeowner calls two other roofers and books the first one that answers.

    Inspection booked

Roofbell books a free inspection for Monday morning and notes the insurance claim.

  2. Crew on a roof

    Missed

Nobody can answer from a ladder. The caller doesn't leave a message.

    Lead captured

Roofbell takes the details and texts you the name, number and address.

  3. Price shopper

    Busy line

The office is on another call. The caller tries the next company.

    Estimate booked

Roofbell explains how roofs are priced and books a free estimate.

  4. Active leak

    Voicemail

Water is coming in. The homeowner finds a 24-hour company instead.

    Sent to on-call

Roofbell flags an emergency, gives a safety tip and reaches your on-call phone.

Built around how roofing companies work

Answers 24/7

Nights, weekends, holidays and lunch breaks. Callers never reach a voicemail box.

Emergency triage

Active leaks and storm damage are flagged right away and can be transferred to your on-call phone.

Inspection booking

Offers the windows you choose and records the homeowner's preferred time.

Storm-ready

Takes many calls at once, so a hail day fills your schedule instead of your voicemail.

Instant lead alerts

Every call becomes a short text and email: who, where, what happened and how urgent.

Your rules

Your service area, hours, warranty and financing answers. It never quotes prices you haven't approved.

Simple monthly plans

Flat monthly price, no long-term contract. One extra roof replacement a year more than pays for it.

Common questions

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Roofbell introduces itself as an automated assistant for your company. Most callers just want help fast, and being upfront builds trust.

What happens with an emergency, like an active leak?

Roofbell asks if water is coming in now, gives a short safety tip, collects the address, and can transfer the call to your on-call phone. You also get a text marked as an emergency.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Keep your number and forward missed or after-hours calls to Roofbell. If you want a separate number for ads or a new website, we can set that up too.

Does Roofbell make cold calls or send marketing texts?

No. Roofbell only answers people who contact you. Texts to callers are limited to things like a confirmation after their call, and US business texting is registered with carriers (A2P 10DLC) during setup.

Will it quote prices?

Only what you approve. By default it explains that every roof is different and offers a free inspection.

How long does setup take?

Usually about a week after we receive your company details, service area, hours and the answers you want it to give.
